Serbian Cultural Garden

CLEVELAND ARTIST AND YOU

CAN HELP THE SERBIAN CULTURAL GARDEN

DURING THE MONTH OF JULY!

Milan Kecman, who studied at The Cleveland Institute of Art, and was a former graphic artist for The Cleveland Plain Dealer, has graciously announced that, for the month of July 2020, he will donate 50% of proceeds from his sales, for the benefit of the Serbian Cultural Garden in Cleveland. He will run a one-month sale offering unframed limited edition prints of artists work -- signed, numbered on archival paper – for $35 (add $10 for shipping). Prints are on 13X18” paper, sizes available should fit 11x14"- 16x20" frames when matted.

Milan is an exceptional Serbian artist who has had his art selected for exhibition at the Cuyahoga Valley Art Center’s Winter Exhibit; Artists Archived of the Western Reserve; the Art Gallery in Willoughby; the Waterloo Arts Fest Juried Exhibition; 6th Annual Regional Juried Exhibition in Kent, OH; the Ohio Art League Fall Juried Exhibition 2019 and had solo exhibitions at Bayarts, The Cleveland Public Library and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), to name a few.

As we approach the summer months, there will be continued maintenance, growth and expansion in the Serbian Garden that can only be accomplished through your generous donations and funding. We are pleased to announce there are plans in the works for next year to install the bust of a famous Serbian woman in the Garden: Desanka Maksimovic.

We need your continued support to underwrite the cost of this worthwhile and important addition to the Garden. Your donations are critical to the continued success of maintaining and preserving the Serbian Garden as a treasure in the Cleveland area and the Serbian Community. There is nothing like it in the world!
